Upon completion of two years of service at Lafayette Steel Erector an employee is eligible to become a member of Team Elite.
Upon eligibility, each employee is evaluated against LSE’s standards of performance. If the employee is deemed to meet those standards by unanimous vote of the management team, he or she may be appointed to membership of Team Elite.
