LSE primarily erects projects located in the Southeast, but has erected projects as far away as Tulsa, Oklahoma. LSE is licensed in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas, but has performed work in Georgia and Florida where specific licensing is not required.

LSE’s 100% Minority Owned Business status aids our customers in meeting minority participation quotas, while utilizing our industry leading experience, skills, and safety and quality standards. LSE is also an AISC member with the CASE (Certified Advanced Steel Erector) accreditation, certified through AISC's audited quality assurance program. LSE is fully insured and has unlimited bonding capacity, with a $25,000,000 single project limit.

The addition and growth of LSE’s crane rental and trucking divisions allow LSE to provide a complete package including loading and unloading of materials, transportation of materials and installation of materials at the site, as well as stand- alone crane rental and/or trucking. LSE provides this full service to our customers who decide to purchase their materials and installation services separately. LSE can pick up purchased materials at your vendor’s plant or at the docks and ship it to the site for off loading and installation.
