Steel Erection Division
Lafayette Steel Erector erects structural and miscellaneous steel projects ranging from 30 tons to 30,000 tons, depending on location and schedule. We have over 50 years experience erecting steel and precast concrete projects in both the commercial and industrial sectors, as well as petrochemical and automotive industries. Our steel erection division participates in the AISC’s (American Institute of Steel Construction) quality certification program and is an Advanced Certified Steel Erector (CASE) and a Certified Steel Erector (CSE). LSE has an in-house staff member that is PCI (Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute) certified to conduct Quality Control and to perform field audits; LSE is also a Qualified Erector through PCI’s Erector Qualification Program. LSE has completed projects in Florida and Georgia and is also licensed in the following states:
